At EntrprnrLawHub, we are committed to providing high-quality legal services tailored to the needs of entrepreneurs and startups. Due to the personalized and professional nature of our services, our refund policy is outlined below.
Once a legal service has been delivered (e.g. consultation, contract drafting, legal opinion), the associated fee is non-refundable. This includes partial completion of service, as legal expertise and time are invested immediately upon engagement.
If you cancel your service before any legal work has commenced, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus administrative or processing fees (if applicable).

For bundled services (e.g. “Startup Legal Pack”), partial refunds may be possible for unused services if requested within 14 days of purchase and no service has started.
In rare circumstances, we may issue a partial refund even after service begins if there are clear grounds (e.g. double payment, administrative error). This is done entirely at our discretion and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Our refund policy is governed by Swiss contract law (Obligationenrecht / CO). We fully comply with our legal obligations under Swiss jurisdiction.
